To become a dealer, please start by registering here.
Once we have received all your information, your application will be reviewed.
This process takes some time, usually one or two days.
Once approved, you will receive an email from us along with your login details.
After that, you can view all the wholesale prices on the site and start shopping online.
We only accept "resellers" and professionals working in the interior design industry as B2B customers.
Can I visit the showroom?
Zenza has a spacious building in Aalsmeer, where our office, warehouse, and showroom are all located under one roof.
The showroom is exclusively for wholesale customers.
Our collection is on display here; you can ask any questions about our collection and place an order.
We look forward to seeing you on office days; you are very welcome!
For your first visit, please bring your Chamber of Commerce registration.
Private customers cannot visit here; for that, we have the store in Amsterdam.
Can architects and stylists also purchase from Zenza?
Yes, because you will ultimately resell the products to your clients/customers.
We are excited to collaborate on both large and small special projects. We have done this many times!
Producing large quantities is not a problem; we have a large team of skilled craftsmen ready to assist.
It is even possible to have your own designs executed by us, or to modify existing Zenza designs in consultation to fit the project you are working on.
We can also create entirely new designs; brainstorming and working together to achieve a beautiful result is a pleasure for us.
For an initial collaboration, there is a minimum order amount of €500.
Payment (international)
When you place an order in the webshop, you will first receive a proforma invoice.
This will include the shipping costs for deliveries within the EU, making all costs completely clear and transparent.
Afterward, you will need to transfer the amount to us, and once we have received the payment, we can start packing and shipping your beautiful items.
If everything is in stock and payment is received quickly, this can be done within a few days.
If certain items are temporarily out of stock, we will send them to you as soon as the stock is replenished.
For EU countries, this will be at our expense.
If you live outside the EU, it is often better and more economical to arrange the pickup of the package yourself and use your own carrier.
Payment (Netherlands)
If you are placing an order in the webshop for the first time, you will receive a proforma invoice.
The invoice will also include the shipping costs, making all costs completely clear and transparent.
Afterward, you will need to transfer the amount to us, and once we have received the payment, we can start packing and shipping your beautiful items.

This will be at our expense.
Once you are a regular customer, you may pay afterward.
The payment term is 14 days.
Is there a minimum order amount?
For your first purchase with us, there is indeed a minimum order amount of €500 (excluding VAT for NL).
We do this because we believe that our products complement each other, and it is better to place multiple similar items together in a store.
This improves styling, which in turn boosts sales.
That is what we both want, right?!
After the first order, once you are already a customer and place a reorder, there is no minimum amount required.
How can I know the delivery time?
The proforma invoice does not list delivery times, but we mention them in the email that accompanies the proforma invoice.
This way, you will always know when to expect your products.
We have a lot of stock, but it is impossible to have everything available all the time.
Sometimes an item suddenly becomes very popular, for example, due to an influencer posting on social media.
Or due to a large order for a project, requiring huge quantities of the same items.
Such circumstances can lead to temporary gaps in stock in the warehouse, but your backorders will be shipped at our expense (only within the EU) as soon as the stock is replenished.
Currently, the pandemic is causing many delays in the ports, and there is a shortage of empty containers in certain parts of the world.
We will all need to be a bit flexible with this.
No confirmation email received after placing an order?
That’s unusual; you should have received one.
The best course of action is to send an email to sales@zenzahome.com so we can look into it and resolve the issue immediately.
What if there are complaints?
We are very sorry if there are any complaints and would like to hear about them as soon as possible.
If there is an issue with a product, we would like to see photos of it.
This helps us find solutions together with you and make improvements in the future.
The condition for processing complaints is that they must be reported to us within 8 days of receipt.
Damaged package or pallet delivered
We’re sorry to hear that. You can be assured that we pack and protect everything well before sending it from our warehouse.
Unfortunately, things can still go wrong during transit.
Transporters often work under time pressure and may not pay attention to our "fragile" stickers.
If the package looks damaged or is already delivered damaged, it is best to report it immediately on the form provided by the carrier when you sign for receipt.
If a damaged package is delivered to you, please send us photos of the unopened package.
This provides evidence that the damage occurred during transport and not due to Zenza itself.
We can then report this to the transporter from our end as well.
Is there a free shipping amount? Netherlands
Yes, if you place an order over €750 (excluding VAT), you will not incur shipping costs; we will cover that.
If you want to avoid shipping costs for smaller orders, you can also pick up your order at our warehouse in Aalsmeer.
It is much more convenient for us and for you if you notify us of your order in advance.
This gives us time to prepare everything neatly.
When you come, everything will be handled quickly.
Is there a free shipping amount? International
Since we have customers worldwide, from Rio de Janeiro to Japan and from Norway to South Africa (how cool is that?), we unfortunately cannot offer free shipping amounts.
The shipping costs per pallet vary widely, so we cannot specify a fixed minimum order amount.
Many companies increase the product prices to cover the shipping costs, which are then labeled as free.
We find this unfair and have chosen to pass on the actual costs transparently to everyone.
We calculate the shipping costs based on the volume of the pallet and the distance from the Netherlands to your company.
If you want us to ship a package within the Netherlands, it is free for orders over €750 (excluding VAT).
Sometimes one transporter can offer a better rate to a certain country than another.
Therefore, we always look for the most favorable price for your shipment.
